Back on Track – Asian Stir Fry

Yep, I know, I have been totally MIA accept for random shares on my Facebook page. I have been taking care of a great deal of personal life stuff. But I am back, and refocused on myself. I have been getting more consistency in the gym, and have dialed in the healthy food choices, so I wanted to share one of my meal choices with you, its an awesomely quick stir fry.
