Foodie Engineer: Project Eats In Jersey City Outing

I recently took a quick ride to Jersey City for the Project Eats event.  Project Eats is a family friendly, outdoor food truck and food vendor event.  After a great workout at the gym, I enjoyed a few tasty bites at the Project Eats Event.  This event is definitely a great event to jam to the music the DJ played as well as enjoy the delicious food

The Food

Pork Banh Mi Ball Sandwich

The first bite was a really tasty take on a Bahn Mi sandwich, with pork meatballs, from a great meatball themed food truck called Incrediballs.  What a great start.

Prato Bakery

To stick to the pork theme, there was an awesome Porchetta sandwich from a Prato Bakery, take a look at the crispy Porchetta that they made the sandwiches with.

There is something for everyone at this event.  They had rice balls, Hawaiian food, ice cream, gelato, mixed drinks, and even whisky samples.  The lines moved fast, and the prices were fairly reasonable.  Project Eats, is a go to stop for tasty food.
